Bay Day: How to Hike

Interested in hiking and enjoying nature but haven’t made the effort yet to get outside? Come join us at the refuge for a fun introduction to hiking! Learn about the benefits of hiking, what you need, safety, and how to plan your next hiking adventure. Then head out on the trails with the option for a guided 1mile hike.
