Geology Walk

Join one of our Student Conservation Association interns, Haleigh, for a fun walk amongst the refuge habitats to discuss the geology of the area.

We’ll learn about the geologic history of San Francisco Bay during a short presentation and then head outside for an interactive walk on our trails. The history of salt harvesting in the South Bay
will be highlighted as we walk through the historic and restored salt marshes. Appropriate for all ages.
