Mindful Meditation and Hike
Start your day with an easy 0.75 mile walk soaking in the natural beauty of the wildlife refuge followed by 10-15 minutes of guided, seated meditation. By the end of the hour, you’ll feel refreshed and ready to start your weekend. If you would like to sit on a cushion, please bring it. I will have a limited number of yoga blocks to sit on.
