Enjoy the benefits of Yoga outdoors with great views of the salt marsh. Through story and postures, learn what attracted people and wildlife to the Bay. There will be a short hike to the site from the Visitor Center.
Bring a yoga mat. A limited number of mats are available to borrow. Wear comfortable clothing. Consult with your doctor before participating in new exercises. All abilities welcome. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Led by Carmen Minch.
